A native of New Jersey, Tim Murdoch joined IBM in 1984 as a marketing
representative in Boston where he earned repeated memberships to

IBM's 100% Club
. He later worked at InterTalent Agency in Los Angeles
before relocating to Montreal in 1992 to join Astral Media as a business
development advisor to the CEO.

In 1998 Mr. Murdoch founded Murdoch International, Ltd. to facilitate
Québec-U.S. market development
and he also established Murdoch
Media to promote corporate and sports-related events. Mr. Murdoch has
advised CEOs, owner-entrepreneurs, and senior managers at over 50
fast-growth companies in Quebec-US 'go-to-market' strategies and in
business development, communications, and executive search.

A lifelong athlete and certified coach, Mr. Murdoch has v
olunteered since
2003 as head coach of the McGill University men's varsity lacrosse team.
He was named college coach of the year in Canada in 2007, while his
McGill team received the Harry Griffith's trophy in 2008 as the varsity
sports club of the year. He volunteers on the advisory boards of the
Fédération de crosse du Québec, and co-founded Montreal's first field
youth lacrosse program in association with Westmount's Sports &
Recreation Department in 2006.

Mr. Murdoch i
s a former member of the board of directors of Odesia
Group (TSX-V 'ODS'), and a former board member and
current advisor to
Diagnos, Inc. (TSX-V 'ADK').  The founder of the first international
chapter of the Princeton Entrepreneur's Network in Québec, Mr. Murdoch
is the founder and past president of Americans in Montreal,  and he was
elected as a national board member of the American Chamber of
Commerce (AMCHAM) Canada in September 2011.

A dual U.S. & Canadian Citizen, Mr. Murdoch holds an MBA (1990) from
the Harvard Business School where he concentrated in International
Business, and an A.B., History from Princeton where he was graduated
With Distinction in  American Studies in 1984.
